Data Governance

Privacy Policy

Our core framework targets strict data minimization. We aim to collect only the mandatory parameters required to operate the service and mitigate network abuse.

1. Core Principles & Data Minimization

WhoCalled operates as a closed community utility directory. We purposefully design our tables around data-minimization rules. Our system logic runs clean queries without logging telemetry or building profiling matrices of our casual site visitors.

2. The Role of Authenticated States

We do not use user profiles for commercial targeting. Accounts exist explicitly as an administrative layer to calculate query rates, drop submission loops from automated script threats, and block target spam vectors effectively.

3. Decoupled Architecture

While database schemas maintain structural relational integrity (mapping reports to parent accounts to stop duplication vulnerabilities), this layer is restricted to system backends. Public endpoints never read or expose reporter configurations.

4. Dynamic Comments & Free-Text Fields

Community comments should focus directly on the target caller's corporate pitch or tracking parameters. No identity footprints or personal records are necessary, checked, or requested inside text inputs.

Sovereign Regional Enforcement: Because our processing nodes are located entirely in Greece, data management pathways are strictly aligned with localized European infrastructure provisions, ensuring transparency across your data lifecycle.
